Terms and Conditions

Booking Fee

Booking fee is required upfront to reserve your preferred schedule and services of Little Tootsy Newborn Photography. This amount is non-refundable or transferable in the event of client cancellation, this is due to the loss that the studio will suffer due to cancellation. Booking fee will be deducted to the total price of package after the session. Clients should give notification at least 48 hours after sending us proof of initial payment to reschedule or cancel the appointment to avoid forfeiture.

 

 

Sessions

Session time varies per package including preparation, shooting and viewing photos. Session will start on your reserved schedule. Be punctual as courtesy to the next client booked. Team is trained to handle babies especially younger ones; questions may be asked to better understand their needs. It’ll be parents and photographer’s team effort to interact with the child being photographed. If in case child is not in the best mood to do the shoot given the team had exhausted all possible ways to try to calm him/her, option to reschedule session will be offered to the nearest available slot amenable to the studio and the client.

 

Due to limited space and seat, only 2 to 3 adult companions for the baby being photographed will be allowed within the premises. We discourage to bring extra companions or child(ren) that will not be part of the photo session. Child(ren) shall be kept under control by the parents/guardians.

 

In selecting photos please be mindful of the time as there is a next client waiting for viewing of photos.

 

Studio Policy

  • Taking photos and videos during sessions in any of the shooting area is prohibited.

  • Food and drinks are not allowed inside the shooting area. Clients with 2-3 hours session time may bring in light snacks and bottled drinks. We have a small pantry that the client may use.

  • Child(ren) shall be kept under control by the parents/guardians.

  • All props are intended for photoshoot only. Once broken, the cost of item will be charge accordingly.

  • No alterations on the availed packaged will be allowed once the Client leaves the premises.

Products

We offer photography services for Newborn, Infants, Kid, Adult, Family, Maternity and intimate Events. Our packages are subject to change without prior notice. Limited Month Promo Package, Discounts and e-Gift Vouchers are valid for limited time only.

 

Additional prints, albums and USB flash drive is also available at separate cost.

 

Availing our service, client understood that photos are for post processing after providing us chosen file numbers (Photos are renamed in this format: Surname#). File numbers should be provided within 2 weeks after session. A year without any chosen file numbers will be considered forfeited.

 

We'll be sending outputs or notify the client on a timely manner:

 

  • Edited Soft copies, 7 working days

  • Hard copies (Glass Frame & Prints), 10 working days

  • Canvass Frame, 3 weeks to 1 month

  • Album, 1 month after approving layout. *Initial layout 2 weeks

 

*Sat-Mon and Holidays are not included in business days.

 

NOTE: If the client needs the edited soft copy/ies earlier that our output days, we accept rush edited with additional fee of Php 150.00 per (1) edited file. File/s will be sent via download link (wetransfer) within the day. Output for hard copies is fixed.

 

 

Use and Storage of Images

Little Tootsy reserves the right to delete all or any images of a Client’s session after a period of 3 months from the date of shoot. After receiving purchased images, the studio will no longer responsible in storing Client's digital files. A minimal fee of Php 200.00 will be charge for the retrieval and resending of purchased digital images.

 

For Compilation Session Package (Baby 1 year milestone) or clients who wish to compile monthly photoshoots in an album, a notification is required. Files will be kept for 3 months after the last session for photo selection and album layout purposes.

 

 

Copyright and Reproduction

Little Tootsy retains the right in all cases to use any pictures for the purpose of advertisement, display, portfolio and promotional purposes such as website, Facebook, Instagram or any sample items. All images and copyrights are property of Little Tootsy Newborn Photography. The Company retains these rights even if image files are turned over to the Client.

 

Little Tootsy agrees to grant these images right to the client with non-exclusive, limited, perpetual license. This license allows the client to do the following with the images:

 

  • Display the images

  • Print the images

  • Upload, email or electronically transfer the files

  • Publish the images on personal websites or social media websites

 

Clients are not allowed to sell all, any or portion of the images provided by Little Tootsy.

 

 

Appointment | Rescheduling | Cancellation

Little Tootsy reserves the right to cancel or reappoint schedule to any existing commitments due to unexpected events. We value our clients’ time and ours, being punctual to your scheduled time is much appreciated.

 

Tardiness

Arriving late to your appointment may require us to shorten the length of your session, to avoid inconvenience to the next client’s appointment; 15 minutes late will result in forfeiture of initial payment.

 

​If session cannot be accommodated due to tardiness, we will offer earliest possible date based on studio’s availability. If the client is not amenable to the schedule provided by the studio, the full initial payment (Php 500.00) will be forfeited; new booking and initial payment will be required for the new schedule.

 

If the client is unreachable and is more than 30 minutes late, we will have the right to cancel session.

 

Cancellation

Clients should give notification at least 48 hours after sending us proof of initial payment to reschedule or cancel the appointment to avoid forfeiture.

 

Initial payment of (Php 500.00) shall be forfeited due to cancellation of session. Please be mindful that the reserved schedule are block off and is considered confirmed.

 

Rescheduling

We understand that children can be unpredictable and can fall ill at any time. For rescheduling due to medical concern please contact us as soon as possible. Any proof of hospitalization or medical certificate will be requested for documentation.

 

SICK POLICY - Clients are required to disclose and reschedule the session if your child or anyone coming to the studio has had a fever or any other COVID symptoms in the past 48 hours. Appointment will be re-arranged at no cost. Booking fee will carry over onto earliest possible date. If rescheduling more than 30 days out, a new booking fee will be required.

 

Rescheduling on the day of your appointment due to tardiness is considered as no show or cancelled session. We will require another initial payment for a new schedule.

 

 

Entire Agreement

It is agreed that the following terms and conditions set out the total agreement made between the parties and that no variation or modification of this contract shall be effective unless agreed by both parties in writing.​
